How to access my Amilia account?

 In your Amilia account, you will be able to:

  • Proceed to registration and purchases
  • View your registrations in a calendar
  • View your billing
  • Pay your invoices, if the organization allows it
  • View communications from organizations
  • Change your personal information
  • Access your documents, such as your tax receipts

TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Enter the email address that you are using as a username
  • Enter your Amilia password
  • Click on 

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

Click on the blue link to reset your password

You can enter the e-mail address of your choice, not necessarily the address used as your username.

Click on 

You will receive a link to this email address to reset your password.

If you do not receive this email and it is not in your junk mail box, contact the organization directly.

 

FORGOTTEN USER E-MAIL

Your email address used as a user name must have been confirmed for the protection of your personal information.

If you can not remember the address used when creating your account, contact the organization directly.

 

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

You must first log into your account using the password currently linked to your account.

Once logged in, go to the SETTINGS section.

Enter the new password in the Change Password section.

Click on 

 

CHANGE YOUR USER EMAIL

You must first log into your account using the email address currently linked to your account.

Once logged in, go to the SETTINGS section.

Enter the new e-mail address in the Change Username section.
