Our Resources tab, already at your disposal, offers you several options such as the management of your facilities, your types of reservations, and your calendar. The management of your staff is the newest module that has just been added and there is also the “new” label beside it. The purpose of this label is to advise you that we are actively working on the module, so you should expect some changes in the coming months.
Here’s what you can do right now with the Staff sub-tab:
Add a new staff member
From the Resources tab, you will find at the top of the page, the Staff sub-tab. There you can add your staff member by clicking on . In order to finalize the addition of a staff member, two choices are available to you:
- Select a member from your list of clients.
- Add a new client.
3. Then press Modify if you want to make changes to the client information.
4. You can also add a tag to your staff. However, if you are not familiar with tab you can
always learn more by reading the article: How to create your first tag.
5. Finally, press save!
If needed, you can always archive one of your staff members by clicking on the respective button.
What can be done, next?
When creating your activities, under the schedule and resources section, you can now add your staff to the different time slots and inform your customer of the staff associated with the activity. To do so, be sure to check the respective boxes.
