The new Amilia Dashboard replaces the former Home page and provides a plethora of interesting information at a glance.
The Dashboard tab is automatically refreshed every time you access it, but press F5 to refresh it on demand. To refresh individual sections of the dashboard, click on the icon.
The Dashboard contains the following sections:
1. MESSAGES FROM THE AMILIA TEAM
As always, our Customer Experience team uses this feature to announce:
- Our monthly maintenance activities
- Interesting new features
- Tips and tricks to make your work easier
- Any other important information likely to affect you
2. USERS AND CHECKOUTS
This graph displays the numbers of users in your store as well as the number of checkouts that occurred today. It’s an excellent way to keep an eye on things during a busy registration period.
This displays the new registrations for the chosen time period (last 24, 48 or 72 hours and last 7 days).
Note: It is possible to click on a registration to be transported to the list of registered participants for this activity.
4. PRODUCT ORDERS
This displays the new merchandise purchases for the chosen time period (last 24, 48 or 72 hours and last 7 days).
Note: It is possible to click on a purchase to be transported to the Store > Orders screen.
5. ACTIVITIES WITH OPEN SPOTS AND WAITING LISTS
This table will highlight activities that have participants still on the waiting list and available spots (due to purchase cancellations for example) so you can take action and sell as many spots as possible!
Note: Click on the activity name will take you to the list of registered participants for this activity. Clicking on the wait list icon will take you to the waiting list itself.
6. CHECKOUTS IN 2016 AND 2017
Compare your 2016 and 2017 checkouts at a glance.
Note: This table displays the number of checkouts, not the amounts paid.
