Send your clients an Account Statement

FOR A SPECIFIC CLIENT

  • Go to CLIENTS > ACCOUNTS

  • Search the client and access his Client Billing sub tab.

  • Under the Operations menu, select Account Statement.

 

Fill in the following form:

Type: Choose if you want a statement with the purchases and the payments or a Detailed one with a description of the purchases.

Start date: Check the box if you want this statement to start right after the end date of the last statement or enter the desired start date manually.

End dateThe end date defaults to the preceding day, because changes may occur during the day. However, you can change it manually.

Message: Type a message here that you would like to be include in the email that would be sent to the client.

 

DUE DATE / LATE FEE

Recurring: Check this if you want the due date of this statement to be recurring

Recurrence interval: Choose the recurrence interval in days.

Type: Indicate if you want the amount of Late fee to be in Percentage or amount.

Late fee: Enter the Percentage or Amount of the Late fee.

Once: Check this if you want the due date to be one time only.

Due date: Enter the desired due date.

Set due date: Enter the desired interval.

Type: Indicate if you want the Late fee to be in Percentage or Amount.

Late fee: Enter the Percentage or Amount of the Late fee.

  • Check if you want this Account Statement to be send to the client by email.
  • Click on 

 

 FOR MULTIPLE CLIENTS AT ONCE

  • Go to CLIENTS > ACCOUNTS

  • You can Add a Filter or combine many of them in order to obtain the desired list of clients.

  • You can also sort all your Client's accounts by Balance and/or Expected Balance, by clicking on those headers.

  • Check Account Owner to select all the Clients in the list.

  • or each client separately.
  • In the Operations menu, select Account Statement.
