How to set up your multi-pass

The following article will show you how to set up your multi-pass.

 

 

Step 1

  • Go to MEMBERSHIPS>> MULTIPASS
  • Click on NEW MULTIPASS

 

 

Step 2

  • Start creating your multi-pass
  • Add the name, description, number of passes, taxes and visibility

 

  • You can also add the effective date, expiration date and if it requires a membership
  • You can set up the effective date as DATE OF PURCHASE, on THE FIRST USE or a SPECIFIC DATE

  • You can set up the expiration date as NEVER, AFTER TIME PERIOD or on a SPECIFIC DATE

 

  • You can make the membership mandatory

 

 

Step 3

You can add the activities that are eligible for the multi-pass. You can add them all by clicking ADD ALL or you can customize your activities list for the multi-pass by clicking EXPAND ALL

 

 

***Please note***

Only drop-in activities can be associated with multi-passes

2 ways to verify if the activities are eligible for the multi-passes

  • You can go to ACTIVITIES>>PROGRAMS>>EDIT
  • You click on the activity and you can see if the DROP-IN OPTION is enabled or disabled

This will allow you to see and edit the programs

or

Simple way to view which activities have the DROP-IN option

  • You go to FINANCE>> SELECT THE PROGRAM
  • Export the report  INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PROGRAM

 

 

Step 4

Payment

You can set up the methods of payment
