You can assign as many Skills as you want to any participant, as well as reassign previous skills. Reassigning skills will update the assigned date of that skill. Just make sure you have the Skills module turned on in Account>Options tab.
There are 2 ways you can assign a skill to a participant. First, you can mass assign skills via the Skills>Mass assign tab, or, you can assign skills individually via Clients>Client's file>Skills.
Locate a group of participants and assign everyone the same Skill in 3 easy steps!
SKILLS > MASS ASSIGN
1. FIND YOUR CLIENTS BY MEMBERSHIP OR ACTIVITY
Get the list of your participants to whom you're assigning a skill by searching by:
Keep in mind that names of participants will only populate if they are actually registered to the membership or activity.
2. SELECT SKILL TO BE ASSIGNED
Choose the Skill Type (category) and then select the Skill to assign. You can only assign one Skill at a time. The Skill must be active in order to appear (you can toggle active/inactive on a skill via Skills>Consultation>Edit.
3. SELECT PERSONS
The list of participants displayed is determined by the choice you make during step 1.
You can check the Name box, to select all the persons on this page or manually select the desired participants. You can manually deselect participants if you don't wish them to be included.
Be sure to indicate whether you are assigning a skill to those specified on the page displayed OR ALL persons pulled in the research filter. If you have several pages and are picking and choosing participants, you must one page at a time.
At the bottom, click to massively assign the selected Skill to the selected persons.
You can choose to Send a notification e-mail to the selected persons, if desired.
Assign Skills to members in a specific account. Find the client's account and hit the Skills tab.
1. CLICK ON SKILLS SUB-TAB IN CLIENT'S ACCOUNT
Via the Clients Tab, search for your targeted client. Once in their file, click on the Skills sub-tab. You'll see the names of the Account Owner and Account Members appear.
2. ADD SKILL TO THE ACCOUNT MEMBER(S)
3. CHOOSE THE SKILL
A new window will appear to choose the skill you are assigning to the member. You can also choose to send a confirmation email to the client.
Finally, click on "Add Skill" to complete the process.
Regardless of how you choose to attribute Skills, they will always be visible to both the Account Owner and the club Admin in the client's account.
