SEND YOUR TAX RECEIPTS
Once all your receipts are generated, you must absolutely click in the Receipts are ready section for them to be visible in your client's accounts.
- They will receive an e-mail informing them of their availability, with a link to their Amilia account.
- They will be able to view and download their receipts under the DOCUMENTS tab.
- Receipts will be visible in your clients' accounts, in the DOCUMENTS subtab.
- You will be able to download them to send by mail or email or print them to give it in person.
PRINT YOUR RECEIPTS
For clients who do not have email attached to their account, you can print them in the Receipts are ready section by clicking on
You will have the number of these accounts in the box
You will receive a PDF file by e-mail, including all these receipts.
A confirmation to this effect will appear in green:
You will then be able to save them on your computer, print them, send them by mail or hand them in person to your clients.
You can also print all the statements in PDF, including those with an email address, by clicking on The process will be the same.
CONSULT THE GENERATED RECEIPTS
You can browse generated receipts to view, print, edit, or cancel them.
MODIFY A RECEIPT
You can still modify them in the client's account, under the DOCUMENTS tab.
If the receipt is not yet created, click on:
You can also use the tab to find the desired account.
Click in the box containing the information to modify and proceed manually.
Save your changes.
A mention to the effect that the receipt has been modified will be indicated on it.
CANCEL A RECEIPT
Use the search tool to find the receipt you want to cancel.
Then click on the X at the end of the line to cancel it.
There will be a mention on the statement that it has been canceled.
All modified and canceled receipt will be visible in the clients' account. It is important that clients attach these receipts to their tax reports.
