Generate Tax credit receipts for canceled registrations - Step 3

You can generate a tax credit receipt for canceled registrations, if a child is eligible and partially participated in an activity that is eligible.

At this step, we provide you with a list of all unsubscribed registrations of eligible children who participated to activities that are eligible for the tax credit receipts.


In order to find an account, the search can be done by:

  • Client name
  • Name of the child
  • Name of the activity


This Excel document will provide you with the names of all clients eligible for tax credit receipts.

You will find the following information:

  • First Name and Name of Participant
  • Participant's date of birth
  • Information about the activity
  • Name of the account owner
  • Total eligible amount
  • Status of eligibility

If a tax credit receipt is required for the partial portion of the payment and the participation, all you have to do is complete all the fields necessary to produce the receipt at this step. It will be generated at the same time as all other receipts.


A receipt will not be issued if information is incomplete or incorrect. You must fill in all required fields.

After determining the unsubscribed registrations that require the production of a tax receipt, go to step 4 


Once you go to step 4, it is no longer possible to go back to steps 1, 2 and 3. Make sure that all changes are made, because if an error slips it will not be possible to make any changes that applies to all the statements concerned. The change will have to be made on each statement individually.

A warning will appear on the screen and you will be asked to confirm that you want to skip to step 4.
