Camps Calendar

It would be nice if there could be another "Calendar" tab that could be created for booking a separate service. Right now we have a drop-ins calendar for people to book appointments of sessions they have purchased, but we also offer summer camps and other special holiday/PD day camps and currently in order to book those our clients must scroll through the "Booking Appointments" calendar until they reach the specific weeks that out camps are available.

It is still manageable, but it is somewhat confusing from a clients view and also makes it difficult for clients to find the weeks of the camps they wish to attend. If there was a separate calendar that we could use specifically for something like our summer camps that only showed camp dates instead of all our possible packages for booking this could make things much easier for both admin and client users

I would like more info on how you set up your drop in camps. The problem I am having, as our my clients, is that the camp is available for June, July and August and you can pick one day or all days or any subset of days you wish. There should be a way to see a calendar of all dates the program runs, and check them off and enroll a child. Now, each individual day needs to be selected and it is extremely confusing for the person registering. So using the booking appointments calendar would be a great option.

This would be great.  Being able to select not just one at a time but various camps/classes at a time.  This would be very useful for competitive training and camps.  (Flex registration).

For a camp that you are running for an extended period of time you are better to create it as a "session" instead of a "drop-in". I had this issue at first as well, but as a session when you put the dates/times in your schedule, your clients can then view your camps as an entire "week" or  "month" long session.

We use the "drop-in" schedule for people to book in training sessions on specific days for a single activity. Then for our camps they are created as "sessions" and from a client and admin view it is much less confusing and eliminates the need to click and book each day individually

Hi Brett, would it be possible for me to speak with you or to view your site? I am new to this and would love our amilia programming to be much better. It is confusing for me and the end user.

The challenge with my set up for summers is that the user can come one day of camp or all 51 days of camp or any subset there of like M/W/F in July and skip some weeks if they have family in town. To make it more confusing, there are 1/2 day camps, full day camps of two varieties. I appreciate your help. ktuga.com is my website. click on http://www.ktuga.com/content/camps-and-special-programs-summer (the montauk program is the challenge.)

    THANKS! Mari

agree to this!  There needs to be a CALENDAR VIEW off all classes / camps / sessions.

This is a standard option in all other programs i have used.....Lets go Amilia!
