We used a "repeat Rate" metric all the time with our old system - knowing what clients have come back to us and repeated more than one activity. This is vital to us understanding how well we are doing. Do participants like us enough to come back? OR do they just register once and never come back?
This seems like a no-brainer and simple to accomplish. Just a report that simply shows participant name and how many purchases they have made???
